I got this pink beret about 3 years ago from the H&M sale and I thought it was very cute and reminded me of the Orla Kiely SS14 presentation. Unfortunately she didn't make berets happen but this time around Dior surely did with their AW17 collection. I've been seeing berets everywhere (and by everywhere I mostly mean Instagram) and I thought I needed a black leather look beret but remembered about my pink one so took it out of storage and tried it on again - I loved it. I don't really consider myself to be a Trendy Wendy as I prefer mostly classic pieces but I couldn't resist, I do like to wear a trendy item every now and again.
