All Used Up #7

nivea powder touch, naturally radiant night cream, simple eye makeup remover

The latest round of finished products:

Primark Beauty Fragrance Free Eye Make-up Remover Pads: They are extra thick with texture on both sides, so they are a bit rough for the eye area. It does remove eye makeup but always leaves bits of fluff all over the eye area which I found very annoying. The pack contains 15, but sells as 2 packs for £1, so they're a good price but not a great product.

Nivea Powder Touch Anti-Perspirant: Claims to effectively provide 48 hour anti-perspirant protection, while being quick drying and leaving a soft skin feeling, as well as promising no residues on skin or clothes. It has a nice powdery scent, however doesn't protect for 48 hours (more like 24 on average) and it does leave a residue on the skin with continued use. For those 2 reasons I wouldn't buy it again.

Clearasil Daily Clear Vitamins & Extracts Wash and Mask: Contains avocado and pomegranate extracts, which are meant to provide vitamin E and antioxidants, as well as cleanse effectively the skin to help keep it clear. This cleanser doesn't lather up much, which I'm not bothered about, and it's quite creamy, so it won't leave your skin feeling dry after use. I used it more as a cleanser than a mask, so can't comment much about the latter, but it's a nice cleanser that I would repurchase in the future.

Imperial Leather Butterfly Lily & Amber Bath Cream: It smells nice and fruity like passionfruit and leaves skin soft and smooth after using. I normally used about 1/2 cap full of product and it produced some bubbles/foam but not that many. The packaging is hard to open/close with wet hands and I actually cut my finger on it... twice. It's affordable and I would like to try different versions of it.

Naturally Radiant Renewing Night Cream: I've talked about this range here. It's a rich and moisturising face cream with fruit acids, leaves skin feeling really smooth and soft when you wake up in the morning. It's generally on offer in Superdrug, and would definitely buy again.

Simple Kind to Eyes Eye Make-up Remover: It's quite gentle and doesn't irritate skin or eyes, and doesn't leave a residue either. But in terms of makeup removing power, it's not the best - it claims to remove waterproof mascara but struggles to remove non-waterproof eye liner. It's quite affordable but it's not the product for me.

Have you tried any of these products?
